A quick update, as this part of the country moves into tier 4 restrictions. I am still able to work in my studio, designing and making jewellery. As outlined below I can source all the materials needed, although turnaround times can be a little slower than normal. Bookings for bespoke commissions are currently being taken, with an average turnaround time of 8 weeks.

These are strange times and I wanted to give a little bit of clear information about how the business is running at the moment.

If you would like to discuss a design, a consultation can take place via email, telephone or Skype. This approach already works really well for customers based outside of London. I am able to send images of design ideas, or photographs of gemstone options, so we can communicate fully on all design possibilities.

I make each piece of jewellery from my home workshop,  I do have a small amount of materials in stock, that are ready to be turned into jewellery, and all jewellery manufacturers and material suppliers in the UK have re-opened, although their delivery times are naturally not as fast as normal.

I'm taking every precaution and paying attention to advice regarding hygiene to protect myself and my clients. As the situation develops day by day I will keep customers awaiting orders informed if any delays can be expected. If it necessary to view jewellery or gem stones in person, each piece will be sanitised before and after to ensure we all stay safe.
