Buying From Us Online

Shopping Info

All jewellery is handmade and shipped from the UK, once the item has been posted you will receive an update with any relevant tracking information.
Due to the nature of handmade jewellery there may be some very small difference between the finished piece and those shown on the website. We do our best but cannot guarantee that the natural gemstones used will match those photographed on the online store.

Online Payment

Our online shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

If you wish to use another payment method please contact us via email.

For all online card transactions we use Stripe. Stripe is a is a company that acts as a third party to process online payments, it is audited by the PCI (The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council), and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available, and means Stripe exceeds industry standards for security.

Bespoke Design Payment

For all bespoke and personalised designs we require a deposit of 50% as confirmation of the order. Work cannot begin until we have received the deposit. The balance must be paid in full before the finished item is delivered. Goods remain the property of Daniel Darby Jewellery until paid for in full.
Payment for a bespoke piece can be made via bank transfer, in which case an invoice for the deposit and the final balance will be emailed to you. Or if more convenient a bespoke item product page will be created on the online shop, a link to the bespoke product will be sent to you and can be paid for via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
